The new steelmaking and hot rolling system of Guocheng is integrated with advanced process and technology,advanced energy-saving regenerative reheating furnace with hot delivering and charging, and the highest charging temperature exceed 900℃. ln terms of improving product property and quality, TMCP,high precision rolling technology, ultra-fast cooling after rolling are adopted among which ultra-fast cooling is initiatives in China.Equipment and control technologies have reached to the international advanced level.
Product specification: thickness 1.2 ~25.4mm,width 900~2130mm, coil inner diameter 762mm ,coilouter diameter 1200~2100mm,coil weight ≤38t.
