Cold Rolling Line
Guocheng’s cold rolling mill introduces or integrates leading technologies and equipment. The total capacity is 2.95 million tons, where 0.75 million tons of annealed and skin-passed products,0.55 million tons of pickled products, 0.9 million tons ofgalvanized products and the rest are full hard coils.
PLTCM:
Main equipment includes laser welder + shallow slot turbulent pickling +5-stand UCM tandem mill. The line has good gauge and profile control. Annual capacity is 2.4 million tons.
Product specification: thickness:0.25-3.0mm, width: 870-1585mm.
Annealing and skin-passed line:
Main equipment includes full-hydrogen batch annealing furnace +4-hi skin pass mill +2 recoiling lines.Full-hydrogen batch annealing furnace has high heat transfer efficiency.Recoiling lines are equipped with imported surface inspector. Annual capacity is 0.75 million tons.

Galvanizing line:
Guocheng ’s hot dip galvanizing line is equipped with the world 's advanced UEC full-radiant vertical annealing fur- nace, imported FOEN air knife, zinc pot roller integration technology, and advanced intelligent control integration technology. The line has sound quality inspec tion and is configurated with pre-oxidization function, assuring excellent high-strength steel
production. Annual capacity is 0.9 million tons.
Product specification: thickness: 0.3-2.5mm, width: 900-1580mm.
Pickling line:
The line has 5 sections of shallow slot turbulent chlorohydric acid pickling +4 sections of rinsing.The concentration is automatically controlled and the line is equipped with side trimmer and oiler. Annual capacity is 0.55 million tons.
Product specification: thickness: 1.2-8.0mm, width:850-1550mm.
18-hi single stand reversible mill:
The mill is equipped with advanced automaticprofile and gauge control system. Its advantages are big rigidity , high rolling force and thickness accuracy. Annual capacity is 0.25 million tons.
Product specification: thickness: 0.15-6.0mm(high-strength grade: 0.3-6.0mm), width:900-1300mm.
