Cross-cut Shearing Line

Guocheng has three cross-cut shearing lines, with annual leveling capacity of 1.2 million tons . The production line is equipped with high-end quality inspection equipment such as automatic ultrasonic flaw detector,flatness gauge , surface inspection device, and automatic spray printing and marking equipment. The main products include high-strength structural steel, high-strength engineering machinery steel, wear-resistant steel , saw blade steel , hull structural steel, automotive beam steel and structural steel , acid and corrosion resistant steel , etc. The product specification: thickness 2-25.4mm,width 900-2130mm . The maximum yield strength of cut-to-length sheet is 1500Mpa, and accuracy of dimension is 0-5mm.
