Engineering machinery steel of LY Steel has high strength, good forming property, excellent surface quality, high thickness accuracy and good weldability with yield strength of 460~1400MPa and thickness of 2.0~25.4mm, which is widely used in machinery, coal, transportation and mining and all kinds of engineering construction and other required equipment, such as drilling machine, electric furnace, electric wheel dump, excavator, loader, bulldozer, hydraulic aerial cage, all kinds of lifting equipment and coal mine hydraulic support and other mechanical equipment.

Product features

Thickness tolerance: stricter than higher accuracy requirements of Table 5 in GB/T 709

Uniformity of properties: quenched and tempered steel, tempered plate have more stable mechanical properties, the whole coil property fluctuation < 30MPa.

Impact toughness * : quenched and tempered plate, tempered plate have a very low ductile-brittle transition temperature, it still has good impact toughness at -60℃.

Bending property: ultra-high strength steel has good formability, 960MPa high strength steel can

meet the requirement for bending property of d=6a.

Weldability: the preheating for LG1100QT ≤10mm is not required before welding with good

weldability.

Surface quality: pickling production line and pretreatment process are equipped; surface treatment can be carried out according to user needs. The surface perfection is good without hardening

and dust after treatment.

Plate shape * : the roughness of quenched and tempered plate, tempered plate can be controlled ≤5mm/m in any direction; the plate shape problem caused by cutting can be reduced by low

internal stress of the steel plate: (1) The camber of steel plate with a length of less than 5000mm after

cutting is less than 0.1% mm of the total length; (2) The camber of steel plate with a length within

5000-8000mm after cutting is ≤5mm; (3) The camber of steel plate with a length within

8000-10000mm after cutting is ≤8mm.

Packaging: We can provide Ordinary packaging, refinement packaging, export refinement packaging and other modes.
