Automotive Axle Housing Steel
The automotive axle housing steel is dedicatedly used in back axle of the car, the customer requires it to be with high strength, good formability and fatigue property.
Delivery standard is Q/OHAC814-2017 automotive axle structural sheet and strip.
Main grades and mechanical property
Remark:1.a is thickness of the sample, b is width of the cold bending sample, d is bending diameter.2）The direction of the tensile sample is transverse, i.e.P10 sample in GB/T 228. The direction of the cold bending sample is transverse, i.e. GB/T 232 flap type test.the direction of impact is longitudinal.
Product dimenison specification for order receiving
Remark: green area indicates that it is common order receiving zone.yellow area indicates that we need to contact with Technical Center if receiving order;Red area indicates that product (s) in this specification is (are) never produced before. We will receive the order since contract review defining transitional product.
